| Buggy started out in 2001 and was made of three people when it released its first Lp in 2003. In September 2004 a fourth player joined the band. Buggy plays pop music and is influenced both by the guitar bands of the 60's and by the bands of the 80's independent british school, taking from the latter their DIY attitude. Their songs are rather mid tempo and in the recording studio they have chosen to explore the arrangements of Herzfeld's other bands‚ members (Boris Kohlmayer at the banjo / T. at the rhodes / Arthur Helmbacher at the cello / Renz at the hukulele...) so as to adorn their tracks with shiny features. |
